Basil-Arugula Pesto

A flavorful variation on an Italian classic.

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup packed arugula leaves
  • 1 cup packed basil leaves
  • ⅓ cup walnut pieces
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  1. Combine the basil, arugula, garlic, and walnuts in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add ½ cup of the oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
